Non-Boarder Fees

  • Facility Fees for non-boarder horse haul-in: $10 per horse. 
  • Membership fee for monthly arena use: $100 per horse, unlimited uses.

Boarding at Shirrocco Farms

Boarding Fees (As of August 1, 2010)

Full board $550 plus HST monthly
(Boarding Agreement - coming soon)

  • 3 hay feeds per day. We provide local hay, alfalfa and grass hay.  
  • 2 grain feeds per day. We provide Safe Choice pellets or sweet feed.
  • Once daily feeding of supplements provided by owner.
  • Daily turn out/in to private paddock.
  • Daily mucking of stall and turnout paddock.
  • All waters cleaned and refilled daily.
  • Blankets and/or fly masks applied and removed as needed.

Semi Self Board $275 plus HST monthly
(Boarding Agreement - coming soon)

  • Boarder to provide all hay and grain.
  • Shirrocco to provide AM hay and grain, provided Boarder has left feed out.
  • Shirrocco to turn out to private paddock every morning.
  • Boarder performs daily cleaning of paddocks and stalls.
  • Boarder to clean and fill waters daily.
  • Boarder responsible for turning in to stall.

Boarding Deposit:  Full board $200, Self/Semi Board $100

  • Deposit will be refunded on departure with the following conditions met:
    • One month notice of termination to be given to management
    • Facility vacated in the same condition in which it was when you arrived
    • Management reserves the right to charge for damage or lack of notice

Monthly trailer storage fee (for boarders) $25 per month plus HST.

Fees are due on the first of the month; late fees of $5 per day will be charged.
